Peanut Butter Cookies By Carla Smith Fitness Expert 1 cup salt & sugar free smooth Peanut butter 1 egg 2/3 cup honey 2/3 cup dried cranberries or chopped dark chocolate – optional Step: 1 In a medium bowl beat the peanut butter with a wooden spoon until it becomes light and creamy. Step: 2 Add honey and mix well. Step: 3 Next add egg and mix. Mix well and drop spoonful’s of the mix onto greased proof baking paper or use cooking spray to prevent sticking. Step: 4 Bake at 180C for 12 – 15 minutes until they are golden brown. Makes 12 cookies Enjoy! xoxox
