Walking into any gym can seem rather confusing and daunting for most. There are so many different machines to use. Here is a list of my top 6 to get you a full body workout in less time!
1. Leg Press Machine: This machine is great to tighten and tone your legs. Plus you can push heavier weights without any pressure on your upper body.
2. Chest Press Machine: Great to tone, tighten and strengthen chest and arms.
3. Cable: Great to tone those arms! Tricep pushdowns and cable curls can be done.
4: Lat. Pulldown/ Pulley: Both machines are great to strengthen and tone your back.
5: Cardio machines: Rowing machine is great to tighten and tone your upper body and core while burning calories at the same time. I love the treadmill/ exercise bike to tighten and tone those legs and burn the fat!Make sure that you do at least 45-60 minutes of cardio 5-6x week for best weight loss results.
6: The Roman chair & stability ball are both great to tighten and tone that tummy!
For toning perform each exercise 3-4 sets of 15. To burn extra fat try stepping or skipping for 1 minute between exercises!
