5 Healthy breakfast ideas!

Blue berry oatmeal / Blueberry Breakfast SMOOTHIE

40 g cooked rolled oats

200 ml Almond milk

1/2 cup of fresh blue berries

1 Tablespoon of honey

(mix raw oats in a blender and add 250 ml of almond milk to make smoothie option)

 

Protein Banana Split Smoothie

2 bananas

1 scoop of Vanilla 100% Whey Protein

250 ml of Coconut milk

1/4 cup Coconut cream

1 Tablespoon of honey

5 Almonds chopped

Apple and cinnamon OATMEAL / Smoothie

1 Baked apple sliced / pureed

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

1 Tablespoon of honey

Oatmeal on the go muffins

3 bananas mashed or pureed

1 cup of Almond or Soy milk

2 eggs

1 tsp of baking powder

1 tsp of vanilla essence

3 cups of rolled oats

3 Tbsp of blueberries/ cranberries/ papaya / cacao chips

Pour batter into a muffin or cupcake cases

Place in oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes until slightly golden and cooked

Great for lunch boxes or for busy moms on the go!
